How do I track my deployment?

Every order is treated as a tactical deployment. Once your gear is processed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's link or by logging into your account on our site to view your Service Record.

What is your Shipping & Handling Policy?

We ship to the domestic frontlines (USA) and internationally.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Because many of our items are custom-prepared for your specific order, we encourage you to consult our size charts carefully. If an item arrives defective or damaged during transit, we will issue a replacement or refund immediately. Please contact the Outpost within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.

What makes a Jesus Monk Mantle different?

We do not produce standard retail clothing. Every design is birthed in the Secret Place and rooted in Scripture. We use premium fabrics field-tested for durability, and our printing methods ensure that the Biblical declarations on your chest do not fade. These are conversation starters designed to provoke divine encounters.

How should I care for my apparel?

To preserve the integrity of the design, we recommend washing your mantles inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid ironing directly onto the printed designs.

How is the 15% profit utilized?

Transparency is a Biblical requirement. At Jesus Monk, 15% of all net profits are strategically sown into the Harvest through direct evangelism, apostolic training for indigenous pastors, and crisis relief that opens doors for the Gospel.

Are my purchases tax-deductible?

No. The purchase of a product is a commercial transaction and is not a tax-deductible gift. However, Jesus Monk as a company tithes 15% of its profits to the ministry. If you wish to make a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible gift, you may do so through our partner, All Sufficient God Church.
